PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENANAMAN MODAL ASING
Abstract
Penanaman modal di Indonesia perlu dilakukan peningkatan guna mendorong perekonomian Negara Indonesia. Aspek penanaman modal diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal. Baik maupun buruknya perkembangan investasi penanaman modal tentu didukung perusahaan yang mempunyai kapasitas yang jelas. Legalitas pendirian perusahaan diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Setiap perusahaan wajib menjaga kestabilan lingkungan (Coorporate Social Responsibility) dalam menjalankan usahanya, termasuk perusahaan asing. Terkait hubungan CSR dalam investasi dijelaskan dalam Pasal 15 huruf b UU No. 25 Tahun 2007. Dewasa ini kesadaran akan lingkungan sudah meningkat. Masalah pencemaran sudah banyak menarik minat, mulai lapisan bawah sampai lapisan atas.
